Our history and philosophy.

Our Story.

We first began our journey in 2003 as Inspireo Media (Reg. No 53004825J), providing static web design and development services to small and medium enterprises. At that time, we advocated a paradigm of “big business quality, at small business prices”, building professionally-looking websites at a faction of original costs.

Our sincere desire to help companies achieve a decent web identity, coupled with an adept knowledge of the web, has led many of them to come back to us for a follow- up project, as well as introducing numerous referrals.

Our Philosophy.

Everyone should be connected. We believe that in today’s world - all companies, no matter which industry or size, should have a website that tells the world about them. For some companies it may mean more, for some lesser - but like an investment it is a seed that’ll reap much rewards - for example, positive brand perception and higher consumer trust, if done correctly.

The website has a purpose that must be defined clearly. This differs from company to company - for most the website is a spokesperson; for many it is a salesperson; and for some it might be a personal assistant. Whatever role it takes, we must identify it and then design the website to fulfill its purpose.

It is not only about the look, but also the feel. We are strong advocates of the User Experience. In broad terms this means combining visuals, effects, responses, messages and navigation design to form a smooth, intuitive and pleasant experience for the user, such that she can focus on your products or services.

A website is not only about the visuals and the nifty effects. Many site owners focus on the importance of looking good, but not on the importance of making sense. Copywriting is an activity that is often understated - but when done correctly, it is usually that piece of well-written contents that convinces your visitors to want to contact you.

A brilliant web presence consists of not only the website. For some people, the design and build of a website is a separate activity from the marketing and maintenance of it. For us - we believe in a unified process, and we understand how a component of one activity can positively integrate with or negatively impact one of another activity. Your website is thus the central figure to a complete picture.

Marketing is about targeted exposure - not maximum exposure. A message sent to an uninterested person quickly becomes irrelevant noise. This is not only about reaching the correct demographics - but also reaching your visitors that in the correct stage of the buyer’s decision process.

The key to understanding and improving performance is by analysing the characteristics and habits of visitors. The simple act of visitors surfing through your website can tell you a whole lot about them and what they feel about your website. With that knowledge, you can then introduce changes that matter.

The value of actions are only obvious if they are properly measured for performance. Whether it is a new website design, or an offline marketing campaign, it must be properly measured for the effects it generate. You are then empowered to repeat the actions that have the most impact, and tweak or reduce those actions that don’t.
